Take Home a Special Part of sky racing guineas day

15x lucky members can take home a members' saddle cloth from members rewards day

To celebrate and recognise all our BRC Members, we have dedicated Race 5 to be named BRC Members on Sky Racing Guineas Day and have created one-of-a-kind saddle cloths with every Members' name. We are now providing the opportunity for 23/24 Full Members to participate in our silent auction for their chance to take home one of these exclusive cloths from the day.

There will be an option to have the saddle cloth signed by the riding jockey on the day (subject to availability)

How the bidding will work: 

• Look at our pdf attached to find out which horse will be wearing your name

• Unfortunately, some horses are scratched. These saddle cloths are still available to view on the day and bid on (see form below for scratched horses) 

• Complete the form below making sure you pick your saddle cloth number and the bid amount

• Silent online auction will be open from 9am Friday 3rd May and will close at 2pm Saturday 4th May

• At 3pm on the day, we will process all our bids and announce the winner of each cloth via text or call

• Payment needs to be processed by 5pm on Saturday 4^th May 2024 either via EFTPOS terminal at the Member Concierge or over the phone

• The winner can either collect their saddle cloth on the day or have pick it up from 9am-5pm Monday - Friday at the BRC Administration Office at Eagle Farm Racecourse. 

Money collected from the Auction will go to our nominated Charity - Life with Horses -

Members who are not attending the Sky Guineas Day on 4th May 2024 can also bid on the saddle cloth. If they are the highest bidder, payment will be processed over the phone on the day 4th May 2024. A representative from the Membership team will contact these absent Members via phone.

Please note, no saddle clothes will be given to winning Members without payment.
