After completing your purchase, you will be prompted to activate your Membership. Please follow the instructions provided. If you are renewing your Membership from last season, please have your previous Membership Card ready as you will be asked to insert your Ticket ID (starts with # and ends with a $). If you don’t have access to your previous Membership Card, please contact our Membership Team, and they will gladly assist you. Please note that you also need to activate any Guest Cards you have purchased. Once your Memberships are activated, you will receive a welcome email with all the details of your Membership within 48 hours, which includes a temporary ticket to enter our racecourses.
