NOTICE TO MEMBERS

The AGM of Brisbane Racing Club Limited will be held in the Guineas Room at Eagle Farm Racecourse on Wednesday 15 October 2025 at 10.00am.

In accordance with the Constitution, three (3) existing directors being Kate Davies, James Frayne and Michael Pearson will retire. Each of these directors intend to nominate for re-election.

Any member wishing to nominate for the position of Director will need to obtain a Director nomination pack from the Company Secretary Mr David Koch.
