Objectives:
The main objectives of the BRC MAG include:

Providing feedback to the BRC administration team and Board of Directors from fellow Members.

Offering advice and recommendations to improve Membership experiences.

Suggesting enhancements for Raceday experiences.
-
Recommending events and activities tailored for Members.
-
Increasing Membership numbers by promoting the benefits within personal networks.
Responsibilities:
Members of the BRC MAG will:

Serve as Advocacy Ambassadors for the Brisbane Racing Club.

Provide leadership and support within their respective categories.
-
Network with other Members to gather feedback for the Membership Team.

Share knowledge of offerings and processes from other Raceclubs and sporting organisations.

Propose events, functions, or tours of interest for the Membership base.
Structure of the Group:
The BRC Member Advisory Group will consist of up to twelve (12) Members, representing a diverse cross-section of our Membership base.
We aim to include candidates from various categories, such as:

Full Membership
-
Group 1 Club
-
35+ Year Membership
-
50+ Year Membership
-
Perpetual Membership
Selection Criteria:
We seek applicants who exhibit a positive and proactive attitude towards the club. Eligible applicants must:

Be a financial member for the 2024/25 season.

Be willing to contribute suggestions for improving Membership.
Eligibility:
To be considered for the group, Members must meet the following criteria:

Hold a 2024/25 BRC Full Membership and renew for the 2025/26 season.
-
Have held a BRC Full Membership for at least the past two (2) seasons (2023/24 and 2024/25)
