Mark your calendars and get ready for Brisbane's ultimate day party at Doomben. This year we have one epic stage featuring some of the best Aussie artists, ILLY, Teddy Cream and Brooklyn.
In between the music, enjoy being trackside at Doomben with a 9-race feature programme of thrilling thoroughbred action.

Back by popular demand is a MEKKA favourite, Brooklyn.
Brooklyn is a small-town country girl who has risen to international fame as one of Australia's most elite performers. Armed with over a decade of relentless touring, she has solidified her place on the Australian Dance Music Scene.
Her natural ability to work large crowds and her dynamic performances has propelled her to fan-favourite status, garnering an impressive following of over 1 million on TikTok and 200k on Instagram. Brooklyn's music has amassed over 1 million streams on all platforms, with her latest single "No Secrets" receiving a glowing 4/5 star review from Triple J.

TICKETS
Mekka General Admission
MEKKA admission tickets will be available to purchase on 14th June at 10am AEST and will include access to the Mekka Precinct.
- Early Bird - $65pp - CLOSED
- Second Release - $75pp
- At the Gate - $85pp.
Lawn Table Group Package
Lawn Table tickets will include access to the MEKKA Precinct and the MEKKA Lawn Table area.
Tables are sold in groups of 10
$95pp or $950 per table.
Mekka Private Suites
Enjoy a birdseye view from the heights of the Public Suites, positioned on the top floor of the Public Grandstand.
Get elevated views of the winning straight for the thrilling horse racing action, plus access the lawn area for MEKKA festivities whenever you'd like.

MEKKA GENERAL INFORMATION
Arrival & Entry
When you arrive at MEKKA Raceday, head to the main gate with your ID and have your ticket ready to be shown to our gate staff.
Security checks and wristbanding will also take place here. To get you and your crew in quickly, have your electronic ticket ready as a PDF on your phone or printed as a PDF.
Doomben Racecourse will be conducting ID checks as this is an 18+only event. Acceptable forms of ID:
- A photo identification card (Proof of Age card or Australian Post Keypass identity card)
- Australian driver licence or learn permit
- Foreign driver licence
- Passport.
Getting Here
Doomben Racecourse is located in Ascot, approximately 11km from the Brisbane CBD.
One of the fastest and easiest ways to get to Doomben is via public transport, with a train station a 5-minute walk away. For more information on public transport schedules, please visit: https://translink.com.au/
Taxi and ride share is available on either end of Hampden Street, noting middle section of Hampden Street will be closed off.

What to Bring
To prepare for your music experience, we've got you covered with a MEKKA Raceday checklist:
- Valid ID/proof of age
- Cash and cards/ electronic payment
- Sunscreen and sunglasses
- A jacket or jumper for when the sun goes down and the party is still going
- Hand sanitiser.
Banned Items
All bags will be checked on arrival and security will roam the racecourse on the day, checking for the below banned items. Banned items found in your possession will be confiscated and possible eviction of the raceday:
- Alcohol
- Outside food or drinks (of any kind) unless an approved Medical requirement
- Glass
- Umbrellas
- Fireworks and flares
- Skateboards, roller skates and rollerblades
- Eskys
- Camping chairs and tables
- Illegal drugs
- Weapons
- Balloons
- Bottled water (including sealed).
Please note, if alcohol or illicit drugs are caught trying to be taken into MEKKA, your ticket will be forfeited and you will be escorted from the site with no re-entry.
Entry will also be refused if intoxicated/under the influence on arrival or if behaving in an inappropriate or aggressive manner.
Food & Drink
Our bars will be stocked with popular alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, with something to suit everybody.
Various delicious food options are also available, with options to upgrade to an all-inclusive hospitality package in our Private Suites.
What to Wear
We suggest patrons to dress in racewear attire for the day and encourage ..,
Restrictions in our dress code to adhere to:
- Shoes are to be worn at all times around the venue. Improper footwear will not be allowed*
- Rubber thongs, slippers, sports sandals, casual slides and Crocs are not acceptable footwear

RACEDAY ONLY PACKAGES (EXCLUDES ACCESS TO MEKKA)
Make it a Saturday out with friends and family and enjoy a Saturday raceday at Doomben, open to all ages (with a supervising parent or guardian who are old enough to be their parent, accompanying those minors at all times). We will have a fantastic race card to Feel Closer to the Action on the day. The below tickets will include access to the Members Reserve at Doomben and excludes access to MEKKA.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Acceptable Forms of ID for 18+ Events: Current Australian driver licence or learner permit, passport (from any country), adult proof of age card, a recognised proof of age card (eg. Keypass identity card) or foreign driver license must be presented for admittance into both sections of MEKKA Raceday. These can be hard copy ID or official digital ID. The ID must be current and have a photograph of the person and their date of birth. Expired IDs will not be accepted and patrons will be refused entry.
No alcohol or illicit drugs can be taken into MEKKA Raceday. If you are caught attempting to enter with alcohol or illicit drugs, your ticket will be forfeited and you will be escorted from the site with no re-entry with the matter referred to the police.
Entry will be refused if intoxicated /Under the influence on arrival or behaving inappropriately or aggressively.
Prohibited items: Illicit drugs, alcohol, items that can be used as a weapon, signs & banners, balloons, bottled water (including sealed bottles). Read the Conditions of Entry here.
Smoking or Vaping is strictly prohibited unless done so in the designated outdoor smoking areas – the Brisbane Racing Club operate under a one-warning rule.
Please note the MEKKA Precinct is a strictly 18+ event. If patrons would like to attend the Raceday-only in the Members Reserve, minors are welcome but need to be supervised by a parent or guardian who is old enough to be their parent, at all times. Please note, an 18-year-old accompanying a 17-year-old would not be considered a suitable guardian.
